Try to have someone doing a martial drumming in the background while you sing. Stand up with a military posture and give a soldier’s appearance. You can also do a formation march as you sing it:
Fearless grans
Who work for peace
Stubborn grans
Who will not cease
Till we have
Accomplished that.
And only grans
Wear the flowered hat.
(Drum interlude)
2) Would you have
Our world at war?
Bombs and death
Forevermore?
Only peace
Is where its at!
So say the grans
In the flowered hats.
(Drum interlude)
3) Knitted shawls
Upon their chests
We are grans
At our aging best
Our experience says
No war for us
Lay down those guns
Start to discuss.
(Drumming follows you out)
