We’re as safe as we can be,
[With the fascists in the White House]
They’ll look out for you and me.
     We don’t have to think about it
     Our defense has been assured
     What would we all do without it?
     Don’t it make you feel secure?

We just keep on making more
Bombs and drones and other weapons
Threatenin’ another nuclear war.
     Then we’ll never have to worry
     ‘Cause all the power will be ours. 
     We’ll be safe here on the planet
     In graves and pushin’ up the flowers.

Where the fascists seal our fate
They tell us Armageddon’s coming
And all we have to do is wait!
     But we’re the Bad-Ass Raging Grannies
     And won’t be silent anymore.
     We say: “No more Hiroshimas”
     And we’ll work to put an end to war.
